Your local customs office might require an Impact Resistance Certificate before they will allow you to take possession of your order. Print the EnChroma® Impact Resistance Certificate below so that you can give it to your local customs office or delivery service if they request it.

International Returns
For international returns, print the Enchroma Impact Resistance Certificate below and include it with your shipment so that your package clears customs inspection on arrival in the U.S. Also include your original EnChroma receipt.
When you mail your return, declare at least a $10 value and specify that any duty should be charged to the shipper. Do not declare a $0 value. Be sure to review the return instructions at Enchroma Online Store Policies.
